Release...the tensions – physical, mental and emotional – held in your body.
Restore...an equilbrium to your whole system
Revive...your energy flow, energy levels and sense of health and wellbeing
Craniosacral therapy is a safe, light touch way of working with the body in which the therapist meets your system with open arms and an open heart. It combines deep anatomical knowledge with energetic perception. It offers your system the opportunity to be supported in healing itself physically, mentally and emotionally.
The body has a powerful self healing mechanism, but sometimes, due to injury, emotional trauma, illness or old age, this system an get a bit stuck. This leaves the body susceptible to illness.
It works by becalming and invigorating the nervous system and releasing the skeletal structures around it to restore the body’s natural rhythms.
It enables the reduction of physical discomfort, augments your energy levels, helps relief of symptoms from a chronic disease, ease from ongoing emotional strain and can support you through life’s challenging times.
What does a Craniosacral treatment involve?
We start with a chat so we can identify what you want to work with.
You then are invited to relax on a massage couch, fully clothed. The practitioner will place their hands, with a light touch on different parts of the body. This does not involve physical manipulation, rather provides your body a ‘safe space’ in which to be seen and feel able to self heal by releasing tensions and negative holding patterns.
You may feel heat, tingling sensations, gentle pulsation, and a sense of deep relaxation. Sometimes emotions will surface from deep within the muscles and tissues of the body. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, deeply relaxing and profound form of bodywork.

The ‘mind/body healing model’ has proved that the trials we face - physical and mental illness, pain, trauma etc - are lodged in both our cognitive mind and our subconscious and a journey toward health requires us to engage with both parts of the mind. Cranio Healing is a way to engage with our subconscious and provides you with a safe and sacred space to start release and heal, to find relief and clarity from ‘the fog’ and to create a vision of how to travel towards your future state.
Engaging with Cranio Healing is a marker of you starting to engage with yourself and the process of unpacking the energies packed inside which don’t serve you any longer. Whether you want to address a physical complaint or start the process of witnessing your inner holding patterns - you are taking the step to moving closer to your full potential, your wellness and acknowledging that you feel worthy of being well.
Cranio Healing is a combination of all my tool kit. Clients receive a bespoke, tailored treatment. As well as all the benefits offered by craniosacral therapy, your session will also include intuitive healing, vibrational healing, energy clearing, chakra work, healing crystals as asked for by your system.
I ask that any client with pronounced PTSD or mental ill health engage with this treatment in conjunction with a talking therapy.
What is a Soul Midwife?
Soul Midwives are non-medical, holistic companions who guide and support the dying in order to facilitate a gentle and peaceful death.
Soul Midwives draw on ancient skills and traditions, apply and adapt them to modern day life, and death, and treat dying as a rite of passage and a precious and sacred journey.
These sessions are bespoke to each client and offer support practically, emotionally and spiritually - for example a cranio healing session, a walk and a cup of tea or home visits – and can range from giving you a safe space to chat about your anxieties about end of life, helping with funeral preparations and vigiling at the bedside.
I have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 training with Felicity Warner, specialised in end of life care while working in ICU and previously work as part of the Spiritual Care Team at Pembridge Hospice in London.
